At this point, the media is as much to blame for how things are. When Rapey McCankles lies, and it’s not instantly challenged on easy to fact check statements, he effectively continues to push his agenda. His agenda has nothing to do with helping Americans.

As the president of a national charity that works very, very hard to remain compliant with CRA rules, this kind of thing is enraging. It corrodes faith that Canadians have in the charitable system, that charitable numbers are given to organizations that are abiding by their charitable objects.
I would still like the Canada Revenue Agency to explain why donations to pay Tamara Lich's legal fees are tax deductible.
