The ONLY reason that Hitler 2.0 wasn't criminally charged with felony rape in the E. Jean Carroll attack is that the law allowing abuse victims the opportunity to go after their abusers after the statutes of limitations had expired ONLY allowed for civil prosecutions & penalties.
