The last (and first/only) clay face child I've shared was created as a thank you gift for a coworker who gifted me an insane amount of clay and clay tools. These next two I whipped up with the intention of selling at a craft charity fair. I ended up adding them into the auction section on a whim the day before.

This is another straightforward one, but its a great pre-text for the slew of posts to come. I got a 3D printer somewhere between all my old posts. The intention was originally just to get print parts for gunpla. Surprise surprise, I quickly pivoted away from that after realizing A)theres a bajillion little figurine stls out there to print and, even more than that, B) I could mod blender to control like Unreal. This was actually made before the Mareep was as a test run. It was made for another friend, whose favorite pokemon is, well, Vulpix.

I wish I'd taken more photos of the process, but this is one of the few where I remembered doing to take in process pictures whatsoever. This diorama was driven by a few vectors. I had a candelabra staff I wanted to use with something, as well as a spooky book that were 3D printed. I also had a Priest Class 30 MF Kit I wanted to give a proper diorama too.

I do not even know this Pokemon's name, but when I saw the model kit I fell in love with the silhouette. It felt natural to give them a slew of swords.. A slew of swords implies something to protect or defend. And so the rest of the diorama came to be. The mushrooms have been painted over with the green slime, but came from a scrapbooking/diorama kit I picked up a while ago.
