Zebrafish folks (et al.), we posted up our first zebrafish T2T assembly, a Tubingen background HS diploid fish. Polling of the community demonstrated an overwhelming desire for the AB strain to be the next reference genome, but we haven't finished that one yet...

Just out, a super fun collaboration that started when Pete Currieand I were having a beer together and he was telling me about the epaulette sharks he was raising for research. We talked about generating a genome assembly together.
