Sincere question; how do we price the care? Regionally by avg. AGI? We already have issues with wild variations in cost for the same procedures? There needs to be a check on the cost of care, otherwise we're just in the same position, but now it feels like perpetual debt payments.
I would also require you to sign up for a direct primary care doctor at $100 for month (people on Medicaid or Medicare would stay there ). So this would be cheaper than insurance premiums.

Trying to figure out why I took tons of classes focusing on Constitutional Law, multiple Bar exams, then charge people money to rely on my expertise, if SCOTUS is just going to make this shit up as they go along now. Do it yourself bc I don't know what the law is now. It's fucking Thunderdome.

When I was living in NYC, I got on the train and Anthony Bourdain is next to me. He gives me a furtive glance, and we both stand in silence for several stops. As the train is pulling into my stop, I look up, ask, "Best place to get blood sausage?" He laughs, says Bar Boulud, and I thanked him.
