There's no virtue in suffering longer than you absolutely have to.
The only thing I'm upset about in regards to this whole process is that I waited longer than I needed to.

The best part about starting antidepressants for my mental health is I finally feel like I'm strong enough to support my friends emotionally again without having to sacrifice myself to do it.
It took the personal cost away and for that I'm grateful.
