AI "artists", content scrapers, and other nefarious types that use other people's work and image for their own benefit will be blocked on sight.

I'm fine with reposts and quote posts, but I would prefer that images remain on my account rather than downloading and reposting that way.
Every so often my dog gets insane zoomies and sprints across the entirety of the carpet in the house. Back and forth, back and forth.

I'm deeply grateful that no one lives below us because holy shit she's so loud while she's doing this 😂. It's so cute tho.

Finding out the Nissan z is outselling the new Honda prelude is kind of hilarious.

Holy shit. This week marks 8 years since I stepped into my first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class and 9 years since I started combat sports in general.

I still can't get over how much it's changed my life for the better. How much more fiercely I'm willing to advocate for myself, and how proud I am 1/2

It finally happened over the weekend, the lesbians that live in the alley behind my condo asked to borrow some power tools.

I'm being accepted by the lesbians 🥰.

Someone a few blocks over got a cybertruck and I finally understand the boomer inclination to not want undesirables in my neighborhood.

So here’s the thing - in Normal Times, yeah, being the unnamed source is useful and can help head off problems.

We’re not in Normal Times.

Either sign your name to your resistance against the fascist regime, or back it up with sabotage receipts, otherwise you’re just clout chasing.
A CBS News staffer told me this after Tony Dokoupil kicked off his CBS Evening News tenure tonight with a lengthy Pete Hegseth interview:

"If this is what Bari and Tony’s CBS Evening News is going to look like, then the we may as well just call ourselves Trump Administration State TV. Pathetic."

It's really something when you wake up, step directly into cat vomit, and that's somehow not the most upsetting thing you've encountered since waking up.

I just hope when he finally dies it's incredibly painful and he's completely alone.

And I hope it's soon.

It's weird to say, but Bluesky has actually made my life better. It has facilitated some really wonderful connections that I wouldn't have otherwise.

It was absolutely delightful to hang out with @hephaestusx.bsky.social last night, and knowing that he's local now... just marvelous.

There's one dude in Oregon that's deeply interested in getting a fart themed license plate. Here's all the plates that got rejected last year.

This year I'm going to ask y'all to try to do three things.

1. Learn how to ask for help without shame.

2. Learn how to tell folks that you don't have the ability or space to help without shame.

3. Learn how to accept a no without taking it personally.

These things have helped me greatly.
