Currently it is actually 215 - 218, with two vacancies (see pic). Elise Stefanik has not yet stepped down, but must for her appointment, so if we pick up these two special elections we'll be tied at 217. The House has no tiebreaker like the Senate so we can actually stop everything (then win in NY!)

🚨 After an inexplicable delay, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the jury verdict awarding E. Jean Carroll $5 mil in the first of her defamation cases to go to trial against Donald Trump. The jury found Trump slandered her when he said she was lying about being sexually abused by him.
