Nintendo will harass fangame developers and modders and people organizing Smash tourneys all day long, but all of their manpower and legal might seems unable to prevent obvious scams getting onto the Switch store.
Nintendo's seemingly happy to let the eShop rot, the AI eWaste wasn't enough now we just have straight up copyright infringement. With the next console backward compatible, this crap can't be allowed to continue.
