I am backing Pritzker for president in 2028 because he’s doing more than just trolling Dumpy and his minions. This is what a fight looks like.
The high court’s order represents a victory so far for Gov. JB Pritzker and other Democratic governors in their escalating battle with Trump over his authority to go against their wishes and use federalized troops on U.S. soil to assist immigration enforcement personnel.

The cruelty of this administration and its accomplices in Congress seems to know no bounds. I have never seen anything like this in my 76 years of life, and my greatest wish is to live long enough to see this obscenity of a regime toppled for good.

It's the 'gold standard' in autism care. Why are states reining it in?

Sorry, bro, we knew Bubba was a sleaze from way back in the Monica Lewinsky days. So it comes as no surprise, and it's certainly not blowing up in our faces. The difference between us and them is that we care about justice. They only care about power.

I think Congress should forget about having hearings and committee meetings and have Bondi et al arrested for breaking the law for not releasing the Epstein file.

Why do so many feel like they've fallen behind?

It's not because of immigrants, trans people, DEI, the “deep state,” or any other bogeyman trotted out by the GOP.

It's because big corporations and billionaires have rigged markets and siphoned off most of the economy's gains.

Rand Paul: "We've never in our past decided just to shoot smugglers who are unarmed without even proof they're smuggling anything. So I think this is a horrendous thing that should stop. I think it's illegal & immoral... the kids in the military - I'm not for sending them down there to die for oil"

Yup. Nothing to see here, folks. If you’re holding your breath in anticipation, you can sigh now.
Don't forget: Trump urged his DOJ to investigate Dem connections to Epstein. If they investigate, they can withhold anything incriminating Trump on claims of there being an active investigation. Trump knew what he was doing.

Huge stakes in this. If GOP gains control of 3/4 of state legislatures, they can rewrite the Constitution.

Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

It's really fucking frustrating how often people use accessibility as an argument against things when they're people who have never cared about accessibility or disabled people in their lives. Lack of accessibility and accommodations is a real problem and it's gross to only pretend to care about it.
