On 4/8 (Tuesday), Judge Trevor McFadden issued a stay of his own injunction until 4/13 in the AP access case for the reason highlighted (left).

Earlier today, DOJ (c/o U.S. Attorney Ed Martin (D.C.)) filed a notice of appeal.

Tonight, this is the malarkey Martin filed with McFadden (right).

Also, if Bondi wants to tee up the issue of whether she should be the one showing up to the next contempt hearing and bring a toothbrush…that article does the trick.
One way to have attorneys be able to defend your actions in court is to not do indefensible things.
