Falling Down might qualify? I’m not sure it’s explicitly said that the main character was a Vietnam vet but given his apparant age, it’s likely. It’s been a long time since I’ve watched it but the fandom wiki claims a scene showed he had a Purple Heart & if true his character was def a vet
