Another tax break for the wealthy that is never discussed.
National Insurance (NI) dodges.

Companies pay employers' NI (ENI) on director wage.

Partners of Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) get share of profit, instead of wage

No ENI paid. Big 4 law firms alone dodged £4bn.

Billions more lost in other LLPs.

No govt plugs this perk for the rich
National Insurance is a regressive tax that hits the less well-off hardest
Compared to income tax, national insurance contributions attract little sustained scrutiny even though they provide large amounts to the public purse.

The Guardian article is worth reading. Drax has always been a destroyer of the environment.
Drax knew what it was doing, it knew it was misleading the government and public - adds insult to injury I reckon. The injuries being environmental destruction and enormous profits from subsidies added to our energy bills.

Mandelson: the visible face of wider corruption
Peter Mandelson was directly involved in helping Morgan McSweeney select Labour’s parliamentary candidates ahead of the 2024 general election.

This is despite his past misbehaviour.

It was all part of the purge of the left and push Labour to the right.

We cannot afford private monopolies of public utilities.
England's water companies have paid £85bn in dividends.

Borrowed £82.7bn. 35% of customer covers interest payments and shareholder payouts.

Sewage in rivers, insecure water supplies. Customer complaints up 50% last year. No exec prosecuted

Govt response - abolished fines on water companies.
Public ownership of water is the only way to deliver security, efficiency, investment and value for money

Corridor care isn’t a winter issue. It’s happening all year, every year.

Patients are treated without dignity.
Staff are pushed beyond breaking point.

This is a national emergency.
Corridor care must end.

It's time the Greens had as much support from the media as Farage has been having for years.
Let's talk about who funds Reform.

Let's talk about how disastrous Brexit has been.

Let's talk about why Gorton & Denton must vote Green & stop Reform.

Why so quiet, Nigel Farage?

Public utilities should not be privately owned monopolies.
When is a fine on a company not a fine?

When it is levied on England's water companies with nearly 1,200 criminal convictions.

Headline grabbing fines are announced but not collected for years, not even paid.

No pressure on water companies to obey laws.

Water companies indulged by govt. Why?
