I'm starting a new awareness campaign: King County Metro buses signed with a "BASE" or "To Terminal" are in service! You can flag them down and ride! If you see a bus going in the direction you want to go, wave at the driver and ask. It's fun!

It’s a good reminder that most transit users are casual users, not hyperfixated transit nerds like you see on Bluesky.
The best part of these Link Opening Day celebrations is getting to see all the people experiencing Link for the first time and seeing ridership expansion in real time.
