Celebrating the big dem wins with some very yummy sri lankan food. Got the Naan Kotu Roti. The medium has a lot of kick, but that may be from me not mixing in the spicy too well. It was a dollop on top.

I cant tell if Molokai is the bug or if the others are. Molokai being the only hawaiian country that's a tribe instead of a monarchy makes me think something didn't get fixed in time during last checks.

The Hawaiian islands are playable!
They probably are a bit jank with little content, but I'm doing it for the meme. Gonna go with Oahu since I live there despite big island being the historic unifier. They also use the indigenous name for the culture! this is great!

it finally loaded, but it also means a change of plans. I had been thinking of doing hawaii or japan as my first campaign since where I live and where my fam is from, but had been almost going to do vencie for the achievement. But getting a Kamehameha quote is certainly a sign to try the islands.

I got to try scottish shortbread cookies during a study abroad in Wales, and they were one of the winter highlights.
Since I can’t get those, every once in a while I’ll buy some local shortbread from cookie corner to feel fancy and they hit the spot.

I am very happy with how aggressively part of Pride the city and county is.
The Mayor, the entire city cabinet, and all the emergency services (and the board of water) all had representatives in the parade.
Really nice to also have queer people in government positions too.

The mall was rebuilt in 2016 and that construction started in 2013, and it had a treehouse since 1956. So it is a little bit bonsai’ed to grow up rather than too far out.
