This. I don't see why a court order shouldn't stop this instantly.
Pres Musk has access to Medicaid and/or Medicare system - this could be a breach of HIPAA.

Having worked with both systems payment structure - CPT, ICD-10, name, DOB, ID num, etc are all included in those payment statements.
