It's National Eczema Week, and the theme this year is "Be Prepared, Be Heard".

National Eczema Society have created a fantastic resource with tips on how to prepare for GP appointments.

My new therapeutic support group for people with eczema can also help - blackcatcounselling.co.uk/eczema-group/.

GP and dermatologist appointments can be stressful, and it can be hard to remember how our skin has been reacting or what has / hasn’t worked for us when under pressure. The National Eczema Society has a great download to help you with these appointments. I’m running a therapeutic support group for people with eczema which includes advocating for yourself at these tricky appointments, as well as coping with the different mental health challenges that eczema can bring.
