A 2 lbs block of Paneer cheese. Sliced 1/4 inch thick. Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion lightly sprinkled on both sides. Pan seared for a minute and a half over medium heat on each side, until a brown speckled crust formed.
