I commissioned these images for interior art for my next book "Magi-Knights: Magical Evolution" from @bitcrush-noah.bsky.social.
On the left, we have a Quill style #Magiknight standing behind two Harmony style Magi-Knights.
On the right is the enemy for the Quill Knights, The Court of Balance.

The two figures in the front are in Green and Blue star-themed Sentai suits and have linked hands as they are about to use a magic beam. Three figures with misty faces and red eyes. The figure on the left is mechanical, with a scale logo in the chest and twelve lights on the visible spine. The second figure is wearing judge's robe, with his hand out up with the word *Judgement" underneath a glowing clock pointing to six pm. The third figure is muscular, with an ink-stained executioner's axe.

Born on this day, Keith Giffen, perhaps better known as a DC Comics creator, was the writer of what some consider the best Marvel Comics event ever - Annihilation

Giffen also wrote the sequel miniseries Starlord for Annihilation Conquest, which assembled the modern day Guardians of the Galaxy
