Every member of Congress should state on video whether or not they support Trump’s tariffs.

REPUBLICANS: don’t be shy, tell us on camera if you support Trump’s tariffs and why.

The 100 lowest-paying major US corporations spent $522B on stock buybacks from 2019 to 2023.

Buybacks artificially boost share prices and inflate CEO pay.

The typical worker at these companies earned just $34k.

Meanwhile, the average CEO was paid $14.7M.

Rural hospitals are a lifeline for millions of Americans, but proposed Medicaid reductions put them at risk. When hospitals struggle, entire communities suffer—maternity care and emergency services shouldn’t be on the chopping block.

Republican Medicaid cuts could shutter rural hospitals, maternity care
Potential Medicaid cuts could devastate America’s teetering rural health-care system and jeopardize Republicans’ political power among rural voters.

CALL TO ACTION:
Everyone should call their members of Congress (202) 224-3121.

Tell them that cuts to the Social Security Administration are cuts to Social Security.

Tell them that you value your local Social Security field office.

Another ominous development: The Social Security Administration is no longer allowing parents in Maine to register newborns for SSNs at hospital after birth, is instead requiring them to visit a Social Security Office to register their children.

Social Security now requires Maine parents to visit an agency office to register newborns
The change — immediately criticized by pediatric health advocates — eliminates a program that allowed parents to fill out a form at the hospital to secure a Social Security number for their children.
