Dear Ukraine,

I apologize. I’m sorry my country elected someone who works for Putin. Someone who’s on Putin’s side. As long as he is President, America won’t stand with you. Just know tho, that most Americans DO stand with you.

Best,

A Ukraine-Supporting American Citizen

POINT OF ORDER: I just can’t let this go. I won’t let this go. Four service members died and our president, our leader, has said nothing. They died in Europe and Europeans honored our fallen solders. Our president, vice president, crickets. I’m disgusted still.

It’s so much more than “tax cuts for billionaires.”

Dems should stop repeating that nonsense.

It’s a government takeover and destruction of democracy.
It’s about privatizing public services and property for their profit.
It’s destruction of our freedoms and our rights.

It’s a fascist coup.

He’s repeating Putin’s lie. He’s repeating Russian propaganda. He’s clearly on Putin’s side. He’s clearly working for and negotiating on behalf of Putin. He’s a Russian asset.
Trump repeats the blatant lie today that Russia has a Ukrainian army surrounded in Kursk, but claims he is going to save them when he talks to Putin tomorrow. Trump will be the hero of Putin’s made-up story.

Come on @nytimes.com. DOGE isn't about shrinking the size of the federal workforce, it's about destroying it's about capturing the government and punishing enemies.

I’m sorry everyone but I’ve noticed this too
Maybe it's just the algoritm, but at this moment, the only people I see standing up for democracy are excommunicated Republicans and a few, mostly female, democrates of color. With this guy at the for front.

Maybe it's time for a new party, with actual principles.
With the House in recess and so much to discuss, House Republicans have plenty of time for town halls - but they’d rather ignore their constituents.

Demand they hold town halls!

Judge Alsup wants everyone to be completely aware that an agency *can* do a RIF if it complies with statutory requirements.

"This case is not about that. What this case is about is really an attempt to do a RIF, but force it through the OPM, to have the OPM direct agencies... as an easy way"

I’m so tired of this shit, and especially tired of how effective it seems to be because folks just fall for Russian bot traffic every time.
Exclusive: Russia should work to weaken the U.S. negotiating position on Ukraine by helping stoke tensions between the Trump administration and other countries while pushing ahead with Moscow’s efforts to dismantle the Ukrainian state, according to a document prepared for the Kremlin.
Document prepared for Kremlin outlines hardline negotiating stance
The document, written in February by an Moscow-based think tank close to Russia’s Federal Security Service or FSB, lays out Russia’s maximalist demands

This Republican bill excluded all Dem input.

It prevents Congress from voting on Trump’s tariffs and cuts funding for working Americans.

But more importantly, it gives Musk total control over spending.

Senate D’s must vote no so we can pass a one-month CR to keep the gov open.
House narrowly passes six-month funding bill as shutdown deadline nears
The measure’s fate is uncertain in the Senate, where several Democrats will be needed to cross the 60-vote threshold for it to pass.

In his first seven weeks, Trump’s implementation of Project 2025 and his lawless takeover of our government is more harmful than anything we’ve ever seen.

If the Senate passes this GOP non-CR, it is handing over even more power to Trump/Musk.

The time to take a stand is NOW.
