To me it says everything that Cuomo knows he won’t win, knows the ICE storm the city is in for once Mamdani does, and he’s willing to rip the social fabric of the city apart for rejecting his attempt at redemption.
Cuomo has went all in on the anti Arab and anti Muslim rhetoric and decided to laugh along to a "Mamdani would support 9/11" joke.
