By amplifying this post calling Kilmar Abrego Garcia a “terrorist,” the Trump administration just violated the court order that they reference.

This is quite the opening on justiciability: Judge Ali says the Trump admin's "position is premised on ignoring binding precedent that says [courts may review a decision to revoke security clearance], including simply omitting relevant caselaw from the motion to dismiss."

This…is not economics
Vance: "Why have rents gone down for 4 consecutive months? Because we're starting to get those illegal aliens out of the USA. Those criminals, those gang members, those people that are taking homes that ought by right go the people in this room. It's simple economics."

I hope Trump has to face the ghosts and they're all Rob Reiner with various baseball bats in stages of apocalypse. I hated him before. He crossed every line I had in place. Now I only wish a horrible screaming fear fear-filled disgraceful hours of last moments before his electricity fires no more.
I keep thinking I won't be shocked anymore, and then I am. #robreiner #trumpisamonster #angry #rant #political

There was a tiktok account that showed the architecture around the country built for segregation that are hidden in plain sight. Like walk up windows at diners, separate entrances at movie theaters, etc.
One of the things that you see at the International Civil Rights Center & Museum in Greensboro, North Carolina is a Jim Crow era Coke machine that was designed to fit into a segregated bus station. One machine two sides.

The Coke cost more on the Black side.
Amazing how many articles are just “I’m a white guy who didn’t get the promotion I wanted and the only answer to this problem that concerns every single one of us is to re-segregate the workplace”

WOW. A federal judge says he's going to issue a Temporary Restraining Order requiring ICE to make changes at the Broadview facility in Chicago, a facility that until January was only for stays under 12 hours "absent exceptional circumstances," but has become, in Judge Gettleman's words, "a prison."
U.S. Robert Gettleman is now giving his thoughts. He says, "I think the evidence has been pretty strong that this facility is no longer just a temporary holding facility. …

"It has really become a prison."
DOJ's Jana Brady steps up next but says she'll largely "rest on our brief that we filed."

She wants any TRO to not "interfere with the executive branch."

My partner saw a giant black plume drifting over our neighborhood here in Louisville. Five minutes later, a shelter-in-place warning went off on our phones.

A UPS cargo plane crashed. At least 3 people are dead, if not more. The air smells horrible, and big pieces of ash are falling in my yard.
