i cant find the other thing i said abt how lesbians are treated but i think its worth remembering that the 'glorification' of lesbians is actually masking a genuine hatred for them. when you see someone as 'perfect' youre setting them up for failure
The gay men's vs lesbians spaces discourse is very stupid to me because all scenes have problems but gay men are regarded as being intolerant and evil while lesbians are seen as welcoming to a fault. Neither is true.
