Having served as a Moscow correspondent in the early days of Putin's reign, this reminds me of how the Kremlin took over its own press pool and made sure that only compliant journalists were given access.

But "racist" he was not.
And the FCC "indecency" fines were spurred by far right Christians.
I think having 3 daughters, almost losing Robin, and therapy deeply changed him for the best.

As an independent unaffiliated voter, it was just over a year ago I got to meet Mike Pence and express my appreciation for his character and patriotic actions on J6, at my alma mater, despite disagreeing with many of his politics. As a bonus I got to meet @juliemason.bsky.social (Steve Scully) too!
