Proud Scot. Married with 2 children. I build railways. I enjoy watching most sports especially rugby. I play a bit of golf and try road cycling and cross country mountain biking. Left of centre politics. Oh did I mention the 6 cats. No DM’s
What a close result for the Ryder Cup singles. I have not seen so many drawn or final green matches. Credit to both teams on the day but feel some of the Europeans were emotionally wrung out after the treatment on the first two days
Well done boys for standing strong

So far the Ryder Cup golf has been a fantastic competition. The US team has played very well but the Europeans are just outstanding. It feels like if you don’t birdie you lose the hole

I'm tired of people "liking" my #Epstein and #Trump posts.

The point, folks, is to "repost" them.

Spread the word about these two disgusting #pedophiles and #rapists

This moment from today’s Medicaid vigil is so powerful…

Question: What do you say to the people who voted to cut Medicaid? Be honest.

Samantha Phillis: They voted against my child’s life.

This shows the bias but did Chris Mason really write that about reform MP’s. It is laughable
BBC News headlines for next week...

'Why a win for Labour is bad news for Starmer'

'Labour's plan will fail, says Nigel Farage'

'Downsizing to 4 MPs could make Reform more agile and responsive, writes Chris Mason'.

When Vance was asked about the 17 million people who lost health coverage as a result of the bill passing, he said, “That’s immaterial.”

He calls the suffering that will result from the passage of this bill “immaterial.”

They are sending roving bands of masked thugs with the stated goal of kidnapping 20 million brown people to transport them to any country they can pay to take them. All this has been cleared by The Stolen Court.

This is not deportation.

This is ethnic cleansing.

Did you know that in 2024/25 tree planting reached it's highest level in the UK for over 20 years.

5,765 hectares of new woodland were planted and over 880k more trees planted outside woodlands, for a total of 10.4m trees.

Your periodic reminder of just how energy rich Scotland is.
As of 25 minutes ago we were producing 100% of our own electricity, 11% of Englands and 39% of Wales. Given the different size of markets this is Scotland producing 230% of the Electricity we consume.

Freedom scares them. They want to stifle all resistance against their tyranny. The time to take to the streets is NOW.

Find a protest near you. Mass protest movements are your last line of defense.

Astonishing evidence at the Covid Inquiry.

The Government repeatedly ignored offers from the Crick Institute to provide mass testing on a national scale.

Instead, the Government paid Deloitte consultants to project manage, not yet established, privately run labs.

The Establishment absolutely hated Gordon Brown for solving the financial crisis & removed him.
The last time the UK had a government that could arguably be described as serving the interests of its people was round about 2010. Fifteen years ago. To me that feels a little too long for any country to have to put up with.

Surely Trump can’t just use this new present as Air Force 1. AF1 has lots of secure comms and defence systems which will still need to be retrofitted and then removed. The taxpayer will also pay for this. Madness

Trump has "deal with Russia" that takes over the Russian position. New situation: USA and Russia reach bilateral agreement on state order in Europe. The USA is no longer a partner but a dictator at Putin's side. Anyone who doesn't fight back will be oppressed.
