NEW: After reviewing leaked documents, we have found UnitedHealth is strategically limiting access to a treatment for thousands of children with autism across the country in order to cut costs.

Advocates say the company’s strategy may be illegal.

This is one of the few productive dialogues I’ve seen emerge over the last few weeks. I was bummed that the @podsaveamerica.bsky.social interview didn’t have the same integrity
Enjoyed this chat between @jonfavs.bsky.social & @waleedshahid.bsky.social re: the role of “the groups” in the campaign.

This convo is more nuanced & interesting than the flat, at times foolishly centrist stuff I’ve seen.

How one company is making millions off Trump's war on the poor
President Trump plans to make the poor work for Medicaid and food stamps. That's extremely punitive for them—but highly lucrative for companies like Maximus.

I learned quickly after working for Bob Casey just how different he was from others in Congress. He is genuine, humble, and he legislated on behalf of those people that no one else legislates for.

I hope all the amazing Team Casey people continue to do the good work he has inspired so many to do.

1 in 5 people rely on Medicaid for insurance coverage, and it’s the largest payer of long term care for older adults and people with disabilities. Critically important the public is aware of the implications of these reforms.
Not really a question of whether Trump and Republicans will go after Medicaid and the ACA

It’s a question of how aggressively — and what kind of political opposition might stop them www.huffpost.com/entry/health...
Health Insurance For Millions Is Now Officially At Stake Over Trump's 'Concepts Of A Plan'
But whether Republicans can get these kinds of cuts through Congress is complicated.
