As long as guns are easily available to crazy people, mass killings directed at so-called soft targets will continue. This is a fact. Countries where it's more difficult for crazy people to obtain guns have less shootings. This is also a fact. Do with these facts as you will.

🚨 ICE disappeared a woman on Wednesday night. She was grabbed by men in plainclothes and taken to an unidentified location.
ICE is refusing to say where she is being held. It’s 72 hours later and not even a dedicated team of lawyers can find her.

I get the appeal of AI tools for artists, because who among us has not sat in the middle of making something and wailed "if only I could be done with this already!". But the answer to that wall is not to have someone do the rest for you.

The state of Georgia is using the body of a brain-dead woman as an incubator. Because she was 9 weeks pregnant when she died, and their abortion ban is from about 6 weeks, they are sustaining her on life support, without input from her family, until 32 weeks of gestation. A true dystopian nightmare.
