I will never understand why some established artists will use gen ai. If you struggle with something, hire someone. If you’re worried about the cost, find an art school in your area, and reach out. Many have job boards that students can check out and apply to. It won’t be free, but it’ll be cheaper.

It’s not just that people don’t know there are simpler ways to do things. It’s that they’re being TOLD to integrate Ai into everything. I’m reminded, again, of the radium craze. Radium is not magic and nor is Ai. Both are, unfortunately, harmful.
