This is correct. Any candidate cynically “triangulating” on trans kids is a non-starter, and now is the time to say so. There’s still so much time to advance candidates that DON’T suck.

It is really really sinking in for me the degree to which LLMs are the ultimate expression of right wing anti-intellectualism. Its proponents are literally mocking the idea that anyone would ever want to learn anything, know anything, develop any actual skill, or have a thought of their own.

Why is the Nintendo Switch eShop so awful. Who at Nintendo works on this?? You try to swap menus and the thing chugs to a halt. This machine can run Doom Eternal but somehow scrolling too fast in the shop menu is too much for it?
