Very seriously, this is such a vicious trap to convince ourselves not to help people. "But they might use it to buy drugs/booze/whatever!" Yeah, they might also use it to buy food or a big ol' soda or a bottle of water. If they use what I give them for drugs or alcohol, well, that's their choice. 1/
