I started to joke about how incorporation of the 6th amendment requires the protections of a presidential pardon for defendants in state criminal cases, citing my 5 min of googling in place of any training in law, but I scared myself. Is that any less credible than rescinding birthright citizenship?
We need to lower the standard for disbarment. By a lot. Bring it to the floor. Kick everyone out and start law over entirely.
