I think I'm done with the snow for now. Glad to have gotten through it, hoping for the best for anyone else still in its path or dealing with the fallout. Looks like we got around 8 inches or so around here.

When it comes to world events more recently I haven't really said much...after a certain point what is there to say? Every day there is a new atrocity, another pointless cruelty. We saw this coming almost a decade ago. Living in this country is being part of a car crash in slow motion.

Major winter storm AND extreme cold the weekend I work. Lovely combo. I really hope I don't lose power or have my pipes freeze while I'm at work. That's if my car even starts in the first place....

Picked up the new Shinobi game on sale. Very stylish action and a great artstyle to boot. While I think a lot of the core combat is a bit too easy, the platforming stuff was pretty tough at points and by the end of the game fights got tougher so it balanced out. I'd recommend it!
