What I learned sleeping with my Apple Watch… I get less than an hour of deep sleep, I talk heavily while sleeping, I “wake up” frequently, I have several dreams, and I didn’t stop breathing any. 😂 No wonder I wake up still sleepy and feel tired all day, I’m running… and running my mouth all night. 🤦🏽♀️
