Trying to escape the chaos and follow the scientific community while objective truths still matter. What would Danny do? Science save us. How deep does a bunker need to be?
70-year-olds with "profound autism" likely died in institutions like Pennhurst State School and Hospital due to inadequate resources and understanding of their needs. At this rate, we'll be talking about "never hearing" about 70-year-olds at all because no one will live that long ever again.

She has been paid to promote raw milk. Like what are we even doing here? They’re not even trying to pretend she’s remotely qualified in any way. Just the stupidest losers all the way down and despite their generational wealth they’re all trying to grift off us instead of ever doing any real work

Perhaps it's time to start settling things with yellow handkerchiefs a la The Righteous Gemstones.

Even the people in The Handmaid's Tale knew coal was bad. At least they attempted to be green.

If a person is injured by a vaccine, they can apply for compensation through this program, and the bar for compensation is fairly low. VICP exists because of numerous superfluous lawsuits that had been filed against pharma companies, leading many to start to pull out of the market. 2/5

Because vaccine safety and availability is critical to the health and wellbeing of the people of the U.S., the government was unwilling to have them manufactured elsewhere. It's not nefarious, it's not a conspiracy, it's a public health strategy that has proven to be the right one. 3/5

VICP is funded by an excise tax from the sale of every vaccine that a pharmaceutical company sells. The tax is about 75 cents per vaccine, though combination vaccines, for example MMR, are taxed x 3 because there actually three vaccines in there (measles, mumps, rubella). 4/5

In short, if RFK Jr. has always been angry that he can’t make money by suing vaccine companies. It has nothing to do with anyone’s health. If he ends this program, vaccine manufacturers will stop making vaccines in the U.S., and we will lose herd immunity quite quickly thereafter.

There is no greater five alarm fire than this. I don’t know how to break through to Republicans about the impact of ending VICP, but I won’t stop posting about it, and neither should you. Call your elected reps. Write letters. This is a living nightmare.

Is one a citizen if they're born of only one native U.S. parent? What about those born of a donated egg, sperm, or uterus of someone not native to the U.S.? What about surrogates? How fun 🤮
