I did a blood test that showed no immunity for measles. I’m sure I got vaccinated in the 70s. Clearly it wasn’t enough so I got MMR vaccine the same I learned of my lack of immunity. Easy.

Our current weather is HOT and very DRY. The early morning thunder and lightening brought little moisture. Multiple fires 🔥 caused by lightning ⚡️. The rough terrain will be challenging for firefighters. This park is such a special place.

The Bread Sandwich crumbles. His district has the most Medicaid recipients in the state and dozens of rural health centers will shutter if this horrible bill passes. He initially ran to primary Boebert because she was "too extreme". This vote shows there's no material different between them. Shame.
BREAKING: Colorado 3rd Congressional District House Rep. Jeff Hurd just told me he is a YES on the One Big Beautiful Bill. He was one of 16 House Republicans to sign a letter to the Senate in June urging no further Medicaid cuts from the house’s bill.

Story to come from our decently lengthy chat.

I’m disturbed by the continued trend against childhood vaccination. My child got pertussis at age 7 despite being vaccinated. It was awful. I can’t imagine a parent gambling with their child’s health.
In 3 days, the number of measles cases in a highly unvaccinated area of Texas has doubled. There are now 48 cases, all of whom are unvaccinated, and 13 of whom have been hospitalized so far, for a hospitalization rate of 27%. This is huge figure in epidemiology. This outbreak will keep spreading.
