Amazing how “Space Needle thinking” can’t rise to the level of pedestrianizing a few city blocks a few nights a week with removable or retractable bollards.
(The bollards in the story seem to have nothing to do with the violence, unless cars are using Nagle for a getaway?)

Amazing how “Space Needle thinking” can’t rise to the level of pedestrianizing a few city blocks a few nights a week with removable or retractable bollards.
(The bollards in the story seem to have nothing to do with the violence, unless cars are using Nagle for a getaway?)
