I just watched 3 journalist-types on TV talking about a pilot for food delivery robots in cities.
I hoped it would be a smart conversation.
It wasn’t.
Sure, they’re “cute.” Yes, customers will care if the food is kept cold/hot.
But are they good for cities?
We’re bad at talking about new tech.
