I think it’s a big part of the mix. And it feels like the surest path back to greater media/civic literacy too.

You do have to find a way to break through and build some trust, and I think responsible collaboration with content creators/influencers - or helping to indy support content creators - is going to be part of that mix. And partner with libraries, civic orgs, schools, etc. etc.

SCOOP — The US sent Iraqi refugee Omar Ameen to Rwanda via new diplomatic relationship in which they've agreed to act as a "third country" for deportees unable to be safely returned to their country of origin, per cables reviewed by me.

This is first reported instance. Cable indicates more to come.
