#NephSky more on mechanisms of polyuria in ME/CFS. Hypovolaemic dehydration triggering polydipsia. Dysfunction of RAAS system. Really is need for nephrologists to help unpick pathophysiology & manage multi system disease. Any one else have interest?

Great thread from Dylan on Canada’s new diabetes guidelines.

Their guidelines say you can’t initiate SGLT2i at eGFR<20 - but I’ve just taught all our local north east England renal registrars the opposite.
