The problem with information from social media and youtube is you can absorb it easily but never think about it critically. Eventually you get confronted with an opposite opinion and have no idea how to counter it, and I think that's why they get angry.

It's almost impossible to watch someone play an SMS game without them talking about NES.

Even the Master System subreddit description says "though it never overtook the NES". I'll let you guess whether the NES subreddit description mentions any other console.

As I understand it the official power base adapter for MD has an additional delay and this prevents the cartridge used by the publisher from working. It will work fine with this 3rd party adapter: www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006...
