Anyone need any help with anything Godot-related? Doesn't have to be game stuff - in addition to games, I have a lot of experience with business apps written in Godot. Just applying to jobs at the moment, but taking a break.

I made cookies for the first time in forever, and they didn't spread out much, so probably not though butter. But they still turned out very tasty, guess sugar and chocolate go a long way. 😂

Marketing question: do any of you actually use any apps on your phones (aside from games), and if so, do you watch videos on them to try to figure out if you want to get them, the apps? I'm wondering if it's worth making a video or not.

Added some bonkers functionality today to my mobile app that's coming out soon. Haven't tested it yet though! Requires I physically be at a restaurant, a rare occurrence. 😂

It's absolutely bonkers developing an app for mobile and having it come out in just a week or two (not that I made it in so little time, but I'm getting close to finishing it!). Trying not to go crunch time, but it's so exciting and I love it so much.

Well, I think we saved this little guy today. We wrapped him up to keep him warm, after finding him on the ground stunned and cold and not moving. But keeping him warm seemed to help enough that he came back to life and flew off. Called animal control, but as always, they're basically unresponsive.

As little as I like Isekai animes, having a dragon that transforms into an adorable black cat in My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero's ensures that I will watch a lot of it.

when you're sure you've got the right password since you're copying from the password manager but it doesn't accept it so you reset password then try to change it to the password you already have saved by pasting it in there but it's rejected because it insists your password be different than it was

Well, on a drive, just saw a crow attacking a bald eagle. It was incredible, and basically right next to the car because I was on a bridge and they were just to the side of it.

It seems like all of the new languages for developing on mobile (and many for the web) have landed on the same pattern, but different implementations and overall looks and feels for the actual execution. That bothers me, and makes my life as a mobile dev so much harder.

Honestly, the only way as an aging male I've found to feel attractive anymore is to go to Zumba class, not because people there aren't, but rather everyone there is, so I must be as well.

The #GodotEngine team has to have some of the funniest branch names in all of #GitHub. I'm reviewing one on Control focus from @yeldham.fosstodon.org.ap.brid.gy for a blog post, and the branch name is just, "i_just_cant_keep_focused". Amazing. 10/10, no notes.

I wonder if people that use modern drawing/painting/modeling tools are more likely to die when they say, "I'm having a stroke," because they've made the pun for "stroke" way more often than anyone else.
