A close-in image of a protoplanetary disc around a newly formed star. Many different wavelengths of light are combined and represented by separate and various colours. A dark line across the centre is the disc, made of opaque dust: the star is hidden in here and creates a strong glow in the centre. A band going straight up is a jet, while other outflows form flares above and below the disc, and a tail coming off to one side.

Ich bin ja tolerant, aber diese Wokeness muss auch mal ein Ende haben. Jetzt feiern manche Leute ernsthaft ein Fest, bei dem so ein Unterschichtkind der Star ist, das in einem Stall geboren wird, von einer unverheirateten Frau, man kennt das ja, die Familienverhältnisse bei solchen Leuten.

Nicht vor einem Untersuchungsausschuss, nicht unter Eid, nicht mit der Gefahr echter Konsequenzen. Sondern in einem Format, das erklärt, einordnet, Empfehlungen schreibt. Aufarbeitung ohne Zwang und ohne unmittelbare Folgen. Und ich habe mir ein paar Szenen auch angesehen. Da sitzt ein Mann, der sich geben müsste wie jemand, der Verantwortung trägt, und schaut stattdessen herablassend und hochmütig, während Frau Dr Sudhof oder Herr Sievers vom Bundesrechnungshof sachlich über Spahns Versäumnisse berichten. Dieser Blick wirkt, als ginge ihn das nichts an. Als seien alle anderen unfähig und nur er der Erwachsene im Raum. Das ist keine Souveränität, das ist Arroganz. Und es ist genau die Haltung, die Vertrauen zerstört, weil sie zeigt, dass Verantwortung innerlich längst abgelegt wurde, bevor überhaupt eine Frage zu Ende gestellt ist. Dabei geht es nicht um Kleinigkeiten und nicht um nachträgliche Besserwisserei. Unter Spahns politischer Verantwortung wurden Milliarden Masken beschafft, in einem Umfang und zu Konditionen, die jeder haushaltspolitischen Vernunft widersprechen. Fachliche Warnungen standen im Raum, Strukturen für geordnete Beschaffung waren vorhanden. Spahn entschied dennoch anders. Zentral, politisch, gegen Expertise. Das ist nicht das Bild eines Ministers, der dem Apparat folgt, sondern eines Ministers, der den Apparat übersteuert. Das Ergebnis ist bekannt: Überbeschaffung, Entsorgung, Lagerkosten, und bis heute Risiken aus Klagen in Milliardenhöhe. Und trotzdem steht Spahn dort und spricht von Zeitdruck, Ausnahmesituation, moralischer Verantwortung. Das ist keine Aufklärung, das ist eine Erzählung, die Verantwortung verdünnt, bis sie niemandem mehr gehört. Der Kern ist simpel. Fehler in der Krise sind erklärbar. Entscheidungen gegen Warnungen und ohne saubere Leitplanken sind es nicht. W…
