Ngl it kinda bums me out when I see tabletop games based on stuff like Old Gods of Appalachia because nothing spoils cool atmospheric horror like clearly explained and documented rules explaining the strengths, weaknesses, and abilities of all the creatures you might encounter.

Indiana republicans have also introduced HB 1291. It ends ALL LEGAL RECOGNITION of trans people. This goes through the entirety of the state law and replaces "gender" with "biological sex". This will also be used to attempt to redefine marriage to end same sex marriage.
