It was -1c in the gym, I’ve been ill two weeks and have lost a lot of progress!
But one little ripple in the ocean isn’t gonna stop me 🦁 if you’re carrying your basket of clothes downstairs and drop 1 sock, do you drop the whole basket? You keep going, you can pick up the sock later!
