Jogging is great cardio, sadly no type of exercise can spot reduce fat from an area, I’d recommend adding 5 minutes of ab-based exercises 3 times a week to increase the muscle in that area, a tighter core can help your posture/hold your tummy differently

-and the day after, over 300 days in a year! Just jump back on the next one coming up, leave the one you missed behind :) don’t stress over it, or you’ll stress about the sessions coming up! Don’t feel bad about skipping one or two

I use an app to track my nutrition and workouts :)
So with missing a workout I like to think like this, you’re carrying your laundry down the stairs & you drop a sock. Do you then drop the entire thing just because you dropped a sock?
If you miss a workout, it’s just one! There’s the next day-

It can be really painful, but if in doubt always zoom out! Look at your journey in the long run, loosing weight is just as hard as putting it on its two different battles 💛 as someone who’s on a good 3000+ Cal’s at the moment, eating volume is just as tricky as cutting it down, keep at it!

I fully get why it’s scary, but it’s such a useful tool I agree! It’s basically there to tell us if the macros are working hard or hardly working 🤝

Would always encourage photos and scales along your journey just as a tracking device, don’t be scared of them 💛
