Stop calling it a strike, GENSHIN was never STRUCK against. It's a refusal of work and I'm sorry if you refused work in any other industry you'd be fired and replaced. Hoyo has given them a lot of grace with not voicing for the English side of Genshin. So it's about time hoyo start replacing them.

It's been clarified ad repeatedly that Hoyoverse games do not provide AI protections for anyone in the US or the UK or really anyone outside of China and Singapore.
They refused to sign any protections in writing. So actors went on strikes.
And the fandom continues to harass the Voice Actors.

The patience thing is funny because the VAs have been patient. They've been trying to unionize this game for years. Hoyo makes ungodly amounts of money, yet treats their VAs like shit. Honestly, not only should they be making union rates, they should be making 10 times the union rate.
