There's actually a very famous in-universe work written about this character, which I just happened to have recently translated into English. Oh it gets worse than that. There's also "fake it till you make it, and even if you don't make it keep faking anyway. don't settle down with one partner, have as many as possible, ethically or not", for example, and the classic "feminism has made it impossible to be a man, repeal the 19th now!"

My take on this used to be that this was a temporary situation that would inevitably result in our current warrior class overthrowing the aristocracy and become the new aristocracy. That's what I expected from 1990-something until fairly recently. I think it woulda happened by now if it was ever.
