Trying real hard to buy a house soon and it just occurred to me that reading these books in succession might not be the best idea but f*ck it, we ball.

"My mentor always tells me, 'Kim, dogs don’t bark at parked cars." They’re coming after critical race theory, 1619, intersectionality because these ideas mobilized people. They gave them the language to actually articulate what they were seeing with their own eyes," says Kimberlé Crenshaw.

Some of my perfume leaked onto the book I'm reading in my backpack and I am certain this will become my new expression of romance.

“Short bursts indicate an ICE sighting. Long whistles indicate agents making arrests. If you hear the whistle and you’re undocumented, said [Whitney Hu, a community activist and organizer with South Brooklyn Mutual Aid], ‘you hide. And if you’re somebody who’s not, you go to the street.’”
As ICE Street Raids Ramp Up, New Yorkers Stock Up On Whistles
Taking a cue from Chicago, community groups have distributed thousands of whistles in recent weeks — a grassroots system people in other cities have adopted to help neighbors sound the alarm.

The Epstein coverup will go down as one of the greatest scandals and miscarriages of justice in U.S. history.

Everyone involved with Epstein’s victims or with the coverup needs to be prosecuted and go down in shame.

It does not matter if they are GOP or Dems!

Repost if you agree.

The Democratic Party is historically unpopular with its own voters.

Caving to Trump and getting nothing in return will only bring these numbers down further.

It’s a historic failure—and an opportunity to push for changes to the electoral system.
Democratic Party hits lowest approval in over 30 years: Poll
The only policy areas where Democrats outperform Republicans in the new poll from the Wall Street Journal are health care and vaccine policy.

Over the weekend I hit PR 185lbs & am officially deadlifting over my bodyweight.

Promptly rewarded myself with cookies and the new Frankenstein (which was MINT).

I might be stuck with a bunk Mayor but I'll live vicariously through New Yorkers for the next 4 years.

Dems, take notes. Take all the notes. Even if you think you won't need it, write it down.

I think the only sex tapes of Luigi that actually exist are the 4 documentaries from media agencies trying to fuck him over.

Give that man a mistrial. Or an acquittal.

I'm old Yusuke & confused by Flashes. Is it a separate app that connects to BSky like IG does to FB?

Usually I poke around the app to figure things out but Flashes isn't in my app store?

Training ourselves to divest from these companies isn't easy, but it's necessary. A 1-day strike is a first step, but the goal is to permanently work these companies out of your shopping routine. Buy local. Buy small.

As I recall that something like 52% of adult Americans have problems with literacy, I would have to say this is effective messaging.
Brianna Keilar: Do you think that calling Elon Musk a dick is effective messaging?

Congressman Robert Garcia: Well, he is a dick.

A friend shared this app with me called "Food Recalls & Alerts". Based on the Wegmans recalls that I know of, it seems pretty accurate.
