Federal law enforcement agents shot and killed a man in Minneapolis on Jan. 24 according to local police officials. DHS told Fox News that the man was “armed with a gun”. A video of the shooting appears to show that a gun was taken from the man before the first shot was fired. x.com/BillMelugin_...

How many more murders do I have to fund? All Americans are paying for these Nazi goons to shoot people for insulting them. It’s sick.

From this moment forward (and before, but clearly now):

-If you work for ICE.
-If you vote for money for ICE.

You are complicit. This is the gestapo. You're on the wrong side. You can't pretend not to know.

Another catastrophic thing has happened. We collectively decide which 240 character response is the most appropriate, blame all the wrong people, and inevitably move on to the next tragedy. Humanity is now and always has been, cruel. It’s hard to like it here some days.

Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

Hey, not only are we being led by a bunch of fascists, they’re also totally cool wasting all our money traumatizing a US citizen by detaining her THREE TIMES. This really is just the best, isn’t it? We’re really great over here in the states. Happy Holidays, all.
“Traumatized, humiliated, degraded.”

The nurse, a US citizen, 4’11”, 85 lbs, says she was following orders when she was dragged out of her car by masked immigration agents in Florida.

It was the 3rd time she had been stopped and told to produce ID.

Cool! Here’s some great ways to start: Stop fund genocide in Gaza, stop shooting down unarmed folks floating in the ocean on boats you already blew up, stop letting untrained racists play police officer in ICE jackets… LMK if you need more suggestions on how to best save those lives…
A "FIFA Peace Prize" is tantamount to getting an "AutoZone Best Actor in a Dramatic Play" award.

And "I want to really save lives" is rich coming from the homicidal slob who is murdering people on fishing boats in the Caribbean.

So having the presidency, majority in the house, majority in the senate, and a hand picked supreme court isn’t enough for the Republicans to pass their very popular and totally rational agenda? That’s real weird.

Just going to leave this here for all the folks who want to blame people with nothing instead of the folks hordeing everything.
I looked it up once. SNAP takes 2% of the US budget and 93% of the money goes to the actual poor people instead of to the bureaucracy. So it's kind of like if you paid $1000 in taxes, you spent $20 on the poor of which they got to keep $18.60, and you spent $166.66 on the military.
SNAP is probably the most effective federal dollar we spend in terms of long term domestic economic outcomes.

that isn’t why you should support it; you should support it because it is a moral imperative to feed the hungry.

but it’s why even a growth-oriented ghoul shouldn’t oppose it.

This indictment alleges James ‘defrauded’ a bank out of roughly $19k over the life of a thirty year home loan. Hasn’t the POTUS bragged about cheating banks out of considerably more money than this? I wonder why Leticia James was targeted…
It’s hard to overstate how grotesque is the prosecution of Letitia James. I hope John Roberts—who unleashed this malignant, vengeful career criminal on our beloved country—is enjoying Trump’s utter abuse of power and trashing of justice and the rule of law.

… and they’re all out of tax cuts.
The Republican Party has two functions.

1) Tax cuts and deregulation benefiting the top 1%.

2) White Christian Nationalist Fascism for everyone else.

Anything they say not related to those two functions is total bullshit.

Stephen Miller’s job is to spearhead #2 of those objectives.
